Follow the magic

Awareness 101

Whether you have been on the path of self-exploration since yesterday or for 50 years or more, you might sometimes wonder where is this path is taking you. You might be dreaming about enlightenment and becoming oneness with all things, but the more conscious and aware you get, the harder it might be for you to spend time in crowded areas, talk with a depressed person, or watch the news on TV. Where does the daily life challenges, your angry neighbor and rebellious teenager fit into your Nirvana and constant Zen mode? Perhaps leaving it all behind and seeking peace in the cave somewhere in the Himalayas is not the best choice for now, and finding balance right here and right now is possible?
The most important step on the conscious path is to be willing to be aware of everything. As good and easy as it sounds, it sometimes is not the most comfortable experience.
It does take courage to choose awareness no matter what, to be willing to see that this person might not necessarily be telling the truth, that this promising business deal might not work out, that the person you believed to be The One might not be that after all.
You all have been in those situations when you wished things didn’t turn out the way you were afraid they would. Or maybe you knew the outcome before and just didn’t want to acknowledge that, since your awareness didn’t match the fantasy or hope that you held onto.
Running away from something you need to address or face will only compile future problems.
What if next time instead of turning the other way, you could look the fear, worry or doubt straight in the eyes and ask: ‘What choices do I have here? What possibilities are out there? What choice will create more?’
By deciding to look for other possibilities and take conscious action, rather than be passive, you are changing the course of your future.
What if you started trusting you and your intuition? What if you followed it even if it made no logical sense?
You can use it in situations when you have no idea where to go next, what path to take or what decision to make.
We all have the capacity to perceive the energy. It takes a while to learn how to navigate the world of energies. Yet, by choosing to open up to the energies around you, by embracing them, by inviting them, they will begin to play with you, contribute to you, enrich your life. There will be no limit to what you can create, how you can inspire the people around you and even the world.

Is Your Business an Entity?

We are surrounded by entities, entities with physical form, body, and the non-physical ones, spirits, beings of light, earth spirits, as well as created entities. Everything that can be defined in any way is an entity, so the book you are writing, car you are driving, home you live in, business you own, are also entities.

When you first have an idea of creating a business or practice, you start flowing generative energy into this concept. As days and weeks go by and you have more ideas, talk to people, take action toward having the business become a reality, you keep fueling this energetic creation. At some point, enough energy accumulates to manifest as entity. It now has a name, likes, dislikes, preferences, its own vibrational signature, and potency. You have to remember that it is a reflection of your visions, enthusiasm, joy, but also, fears, doubts, and worries.

My first business name, ten years ago, was “Quantum Transformation.” I had a beautiful and colorful website that I paid a lot of money for and was very proud of. I often wrote blogs that got a lot of attention. I updated the site regularly. After about five years, it got harder and harder for me to work on it. I felt that something was “off,” but resisted exploring the reason. After about a year of inactivity, I connected with the website and asked: “Do you still like being Quantum Transformations?” and I heard a loud “NO!” Since I changed so much over the five years since I launched my website and business, they changed as well. It became “Joy of Living.” Now it is transforming again into “The Illuminated Way.”

If you have a business, practice, product, or community that you created or are a part of, I’m inviting you to explore your creation like I did. Sit comfortably, in a quiet space, take a deep breath, and relax. Tap into the energy of your business, sense its vibrations, its overall feeling. Is it bright, expansive, powerful, sparkly, and alive or dull, heavy, contracted, small, and weak? Do your best to just observe and not judge anything you perceive. Imagine it is a person in front of you, your partner and friend.

Now start asking questions, “How are you doing?”, “Would you like me to change anything in your structure?”, “What do you require of me today?”, “Do you like the person I would like to hire?”, “Are the people working with us a good match?” Please, be creative in your questions. Make them appropriate to your situation. Notice what you notice, “listen” with all your senses, what is coming to you? What do you get? You might hear an answer or it might appear as a thought. You might suddenly remember a name of the person you were supposed to call a long time ago or an idea you never implemented. Anything can happen when you communicate with your business. When you co-create it with congruency with your and its energetic priorities, visions and dreams, it will be more profitable and successful.

This technique, among others I can share with you, can be applied to communicating with your house, car, tools, job, friends, with any creation of yours. Your life will become more magical when you include all energies around you and co-create with them.

My Grandma came to me

My first conscious encounter with a ghost happened about six years ago.

I just took a first day of “Talk to the Entities” class, and my homework was to talk to an entity — if one comes to me. I went on an evening walk “looking” for energy interested in communicating with me.

Suddenly I perceived something, and began to ask questions: Do I know this person? Is it someone from my family? What popped in my head was, “It’s my Babcia!” —my Grandma (my mom’s mom) from Poland.

My Grandma was a wonderful woman who died suddenly from a stroke at 67 years old. Her life was difficult. She worked on a farm, had five children, and demanding husband. She was always loving and kind and was known as a village “Medicine Woman” who helped those in need.

For me, she was synonymous with warmth, protection, unconditional love, and yummy food cooked on the wood stove.

Although she was a wonderful conversationalist when she was alive, she didn’t “say” much when she came to me. She said, “I love you. Keep going,” and then left. From that evening on she “visited” me regularly, always in the same manner, keeping it short and sweet.

One day when she visited me again, I acknowledged her choice to die suddenly and so early in life. I told her, “Babcia, I know your life was hard and, even though I love you and miss you so much, I understand your decision to leave.”

Babcia was the soul of our family who kept all of us together, and after she passed, almost instantly, we became less close. Everyone seemed to blame her for abandoning us, and no one was “letting her go,” much less respecting her choice to leave.

After sharing my feelings with her, I felt immense relief and gratitude coming from her. I cried uncontrollably. Guilt and anxiety and all the emotions that were projected at her and have accumulated over the years released in seconds. It was very intense and cathartic.

I learned from this experience that we are aware of energies around us and sometimes can feel emotions that are not ours. What I felt was so real and powerful, and yet it did not belong to me but to my Grandma.

After that morning, she didn’t visit me for months. One day I realized this and started “looking” but couldn’t sense her anywhere. I asked if she found a new body and got a “Yes.”

About two years later, she returned to me. At first I didn’t even realize that it was Babcia because she felt so different. She was way more expansive and enlightened. Her presence was powerfully free, loving, and peaceful.
Now I call her “Babcia Consciousness.”
